How long does it normally take to build and host a web site?
There is no standard time period by which a website can be delivered, it depends on the requirement document and the technical complexity of the job.
If I already have a site can you help me improve it?
Yes. We can redesign or add content to an existing site, and will take your inputs for ideas to redesign the site.
Can you use my company's existing logo, brochure design, and other materials for my website?
Yes, we can certainly use your existing company literature such as logos', brochure, etc. for incorporating in your site.
Do my business need to have a computer etc. to host or maintain a web site?
Not necessarily. You can purchase hosting services. All you need is an e-mail contact for hosting or maintaining a web site.
What are the things that you expect from my company to complete the web site design?
Brochures, logos, photographs, product descriptions, business cards etc. are all recommended resources to use. For new businesses we will help you get started from scratch. A dedicated person will answer any questions during your website project.
Is there any maintenance required after designing and hosting a web site?
Depending on the business, some amount of maintenance would be required. As your business evolves, it may require some things to be added, deleted, or modified. If there is no much change in the business from time to time, the maintenance will also be minimal.
What are your Website Construction Procedures?
With help and input from the Client, ADworks will prepare the appropriate custom design and work with the content provided by the Client for development of the site. Client must submit requirement document before site construction begins on the website. Client must submit content during execution of the project or after designing of the pages have been completed.
The design and content layout are completed by the designer and presented to the Client for approval. After the Client approves the website, the website will go live. ADworks will not be held liable for accuracy of information, typos, or spelling errors in any of the content approved by the Client and published on the website. Client will be notified by email that the website is now live.
Client understands, agrees and acknowledges that etechboys does not guarantee a time frame for completion of ANY custom website. A custom website cannot be completed without submission of complete content, design approvals and participation from the Client. If Client continues submitting additional content throughout the design process, the design time frame is increased. If Client's website requires custom programming, functionality, flash, e-commerce or the use of a database, the overall development time will be extended.
Whats are the processes for Client Approval?
Client is responsible for testing the functionality of the website upon ADworks request for approval, and notification that the website has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to, functionality of all website pages, database, e-commerce store, payment functions, galleries, forums etc. Upon Client approval of the website to go live Client agrees services have been rendered and functionality of website has been tested and approved by Client.
The Client understands and agrees that if the Client does not respond within 5 business days to ADworks request for approval, and notification that the website has been completed, the website along with the functionality of the website and services rendered, will be deemed to be approved by the Client.
Do you entertain Website Change Requests Before and After Website Goes Live?
ADworks agrees to build a website or database to specifications quoted per the original sale and original invoice. Any additions or changes requested outside of the scope of the original sale, either prior to the custom website going live or after the site has gone live will be billed additionally. ADworks is not obligated to complete Client requests or changes outside of the scope of work on the original invoice. If ADworks does not agree to Client requests or changes, Client is still obligated to pay all fees incurred and due.
Can I hire a dedicated designer/programmer to work for me from your company?
Yes, you can hire an employee to work on contract basis for you. You can either recruit from our team of programmers or you can choose to hire a completely new team. There will be contractual agreement with you for making a monthly payment towards the hired personnel.
